I recently had the honor of being featured in Voyage Tampa, where I shared a deeper look into my journey, the heart behind my work, and what led me to build Healing EnerChi.

In the interview, I talk about what it was really like to be constantly sick in my 20s—dealing with chronic fatigue, recurring infections, and a body that felt like it couldn’t keep up. I share how my early exposure to Traditional Chinese Medicine shaped me, how I drifted away from it, and how returning to those roots—along with making significant changes to my diet, lifestyle, and overall approach to healing—became the turning point that helped me rebuild my health.

Being able to reflect on this journey is meaningful to me, because I know what it feels like to search for answers and not find them right away.

There was a time in my life when I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I remember having chronic bronchitis for months, catching colds constantly, and feeling completely drained—even simple daily activities felt overwhelming. I was told different things, given temporary solutions, but nothing truly addressed what was going on in my body.

At some point, I realized I needed to take a different approach. I had to start listening more closely—to my body, to what I was putting into it, and to the patterns that were being overlooked.

That shift changed everything.

I began making intentional changes—removing processed foods and sugar, supporting my body with proper nutrition, and reintroducing natural healing modalities that work with the body instead of against it. I explored herbs, supplementation, acupuncture, energy medicine, and applied kinesiology, which helped take the guesswork out of what my body actually needed at the time.

It wasn’t an overnight transformation. There were challenges, and there were setbacks. But I was moving forward—and for the first time, it felt like I was truly supporting my body instead of just reacting to symptoms.

That experience is what led me to become an Acupuncture Physician and create Healing EnerChi.

Today, my work is centered around helping others navigate their own healing journeys in a way that is personalized, supportive, and grounded in the understanding that no two bodies are the same. I use a combination of modalities—including acupuncture, nutritional guidance, applied kinesiology, and energy-based therapies—to help restore balance across the body, mind, and spirit.

My goal is not to offer a one-size-fits-all solution, but to work together with each patient to understand what their body is asking for and how to support it in the most effective way.

Because healing isn’t something that happens to you—it’s something your body is designed to do when given the right support.

Healing is a process, not an event. We work together to allow your body to heal itself.
